macca's one and only sale - mdv

Well Macca has finally made a sale, subject to "shareholder approval"
Do the sums. Macca is selling the company.
Current shares 197,508,114
To be issued 660,000,000 @ supposedly about .006c

This will give Republica and mates/associates 76% of all shares in MDV. Not including Copulos & Co.

At such a large holding it would not be hard for a compulsory take over of remaining shares, sell the technology, strip any remaining assets (ie remaining stocks of Sri Lankan tea supplies) and move on.

Total cost to Republica would be about $6mill max. Could prove a bargain, especially if Macca is no longer in charge.

I may be wrong of course, MDV could be a recapitalised company with 860 million odd shares @ .006 or about $5.2mill.

Then imagine how good it would be to have a reconsolidation - Lets say 1 for 20, that worked well last year at this time.

More likely to see the Metamiser for sale at Cash Converters.
