Seems most are relaxed about voting at the AGM or don't want to reveal their intentions, but thx Petesherl and SoT for your comments.
I'd overlooked the 10c condition for the incentive options, which makes me feel better, but in principal i still don't think they deserve them for results delivered. Don't forget they still have millions at no cost due to the share loans they were given before, so it's not like they would miss out on any upside courtesy of the board.
