Westcott - well if you think we are the only ones who can develop an IO mine and no one else, despite the money that could be paid to teams/mills you name it to run it, a high priced executive etc... then I think that might be a stretch.

Just trust that if the Board believe this is the way forward, then you may just need to be humble enough to accept that they know more than you.
