    Has the rig been mobilised? The way I read the announcement it won't be mobilised until final govt approvals are given.


    Actually re-reading the announcement it sounds like the rig has already been mobilised even though final approvals aren't yet received.

    If that is the case it could be a costly exercise if the final approvals take a while to be received. They must be quite confident approval will be received very soon.
