Those that expected much higher production obviously haven't been reading the announcements.
600 to 700 BOPD was what I expected at this stage. They spent a large chunk of the quarter completing contract drilling. And a fair bit of time testing the fringes which will be better for the long term.
If you think the results were "pathetic" and "lower than your low ball" estimates, then that's cool - don't buy any Maverick shares. It's your choice.
As a holder, I'm very happy with the results.
And Gulf South seem happy enough with the producing wells and potential of new wells also.
