heads of agreement should have been signed..

Why hasnt a J/V or a Takeover been orchestrated by Becton Dickinson,Covidien or Abbott Laboratories.... These companies eat up any new promising small cap companies well before phase 3 trials are complete. The combined revenues of the top 10 medical/pharma companies is around the 500bilion mark.... Surely if a small Co with a $19 milion market cap like eastland cant be bought for $60 million (10c a share) then their is something very wrong....

When these results come out positivly and im confident they will, it will all be in vein unless at the very least an announcement stating a heads of agreement has been sign to take this product to market....

Im sorry to say but, that after talking to EMS today i got the feeling that this isnt the case....
