re:investor mining book Kind thoughts plough but not good enough and dont have enough time!
There is certainly a gap in the market-Sykes Money Miners is a good start, but not quite there in the tech sense.
Just drafted up a list of Aussie golds from a resource perspective. Surprising how the fields have changed over the past few years-most are now underground opportunities and are dominated by the Victorians (BDG,BGF,PSV and LVR). Even NCM is underground for its future.
BMO,AGC,LEG(?),CRS,SED, NMC and now AVO have their hopes based on underground operations.
In the open cut category you have DEG,AAM, NAV,TRY,TTR and now IGR.
In terms of ounces in the resource category for Australia, IGR now makes the top 10!!! and is the largest of the open cut hopefuls left on my quick sums.
(But then again, not a big fan of comparatives>LOL)
Cheers,TAS
