The rules did not create the panic. OBJ opting to have easier 25% access to CR in the coming year when they said they are considering all options for funding the patch caused a small and rational sell-off.

Rather than ignoring anything, I think the market are responding to certain facts about the company.

Many dodgy companies have investing directors.

"Long term investors only need reminding of the expertise and experience the collective management team..."

I like the partnering guy, but that's all.
