While I appreciate your point of view humble, I even partly agree, this is a public place and there is no way Tony would put in writing anything other than reaffirming the boards recommendation to pass the resolution.

My main concern is that PLV will JV irvine under the condition that WEG or some other entity negotiates finance for the capex, when if push comes to shove PLV could have negotiated this themselves. But that's all heresay.

We also have the point of view that Tony did a deal and we should stand by it. There was all the talk of how SS&T screwed us after we had a deal, wouldn't we be doing the same thing?

But the choice is for each shareholder…
