Warning of potential predatory offer for your
TrustPower Senior or Subordinated Bonds
We are writing to inform all bondholders that the Company has recently been
approached by a party seeking a copy of the Company's bond registers. We are
obliged under securities legislation to provide this information upon
request.
We expect that on past experience this request may lead to an offer being
made to some or all of TrustPower's bondholders on terms less favourable than
market value.
We encourage bondholders to remain vigilant to any such offer, carefully
check the terms of the offer and seek advice from an appropriately qualified
financial adviser if necessary.
