I recall reading in a recent announcement how investing in quality infrastructure. Although costly was paying dividends - what a joke, seems everything has either broken down or has been busted at one point or another. Staffing changes on top of this. What an absolute mess. Some accountability is needed here. This is whole concept has become the greatest myth I've ever heard. ImHO DYOR. GRRRRRR
