I hope you are right but I tend to forecast that the numbers will not hit the optimum but rather 70-80% of it...but as you say that is where the forecasters are. You also have to put in the mix that they only own 85% of the profit stream at the moment and that this will fall in the future as they are required to reduce their ownership stake by selling ( on favourable terms I would imagine) to the locals. So perhaps this is why the forecasters are well off your optimum level.
