I'll probably get shot down in flames for this comment but I don't think POS will have any great impact on IVR at the moment. I understand there will be a few ticks up and down relative to POS but the SP will be driven by different factors. If we were in production then absolutely (see AYN), POS would be an issue/concern/cause for joy but at this early stage it's all about proving up a resource.
How are the other long termers getting on at the moment. I have a strange sense of apathy at the moment. Weird.
