The negative still is the cash situation, we will need some cash soon but it will sort it self out, but at what cost to current shareholders.
Also, does anyone know when we actually receive the 500k from the placement?
I still believe that the positives easily outweigh the negatives, especially when Jenks is looking at accumulating until 19.99%. No one gambles that sort of money without knowing something.
