They are still cheap on a multiple of 7.
The wording of the ATM preso stated "very tough trading" conditions. This could scare a few.
I suspect the escrow shares have a lot to do with it given weak volume.
30 June 2013 in my opinion is a transitional year. 30 June 2014 will be where thing really pick up so you need to be looooong. I am and keen to pick up parcels while it is trading low.
Based on my numbers it has to be worth around 85 cents. Multiples x est earnings and net asset position.
Just my opinion.
