I read the quarterly and it concerns me to be frank.

When TON say

'on the granting of some, if not all of the license applications. Once the licenses....'

its means the initial JV agreement for the 5 applied for tenements
is in jeopardy and something has changed behind the scenes.

The 500k raising has not been completed since the acquisition is
incomplete and possibly wont render in full.

The good thing from this is TON possible could re-arrange
the financing.

There is no reason to compare to SYR/SIR/MAT or any other
stocks as each is unique in its reporting and the way its traded
and there is other peers out there in much better positions in
both graphite and nickel. Just my 2c. I wait.
