Olive - if it didn't make sense then they wouldn't be sinking millions of dollars into the water each time they drill...
Seriously though - the larger the scale of Mauritania oilfields, the larger they can ramp up their production horizon and annual throughputs. All means more money, easier access to development funds, greater efficiencies, and, and, and filthy rich shareholders !!!!
