Solution Dynamics Limited ("SDL")
Trading Halt of Securities
NZX Regulation advises that Solution Dynamics Limited (SDL) has not issued to
NZX a Annual Report for the year ending 30 June 2012, which under NZAX
Listing Rule 10.5.1, was due to be issued to NZX on 31 October 2012.
Pursuant to the policy set out in Footnote 2 of Listing Rule 5.4.3, if an
Issuer has not issued its Full Year Report within 5 Business Days of the due
date, quotation of that Issuer's Securities will be suspended until the
Issuer has issued its Full Year Report Announcement.
If SDL does not provide its Annual Report by Market Close on 07 November
2012, NZX gives notice that trading in the above named securities will be
suspended, effective from the commencement of trading 08 November 2012.
