What a complete joke...where was the communication to the market that the AGM date was going to change? It shows a complete lack of respect for shareholders. Is there a transcript available of what went on yesterday? What was the point of having Mr Ireland on video link?
To me, it's becoming clearer by the day that this group of management have a different focus than their shareholders. From this point on, any resolutions to re-elect an existing director or approve remuneration changes will be met with a resounding NO vote from me.
