I'm not sure if I have this right. Do you mean that when OBJ said they are trying to not be dependent on partner timeframes, it means they don't want to wait 4+ months for payment after a big partner deal is made? In other words, your expected timeline is:

1. OBJ gets a deal with big partner.

2. OBJ share price rises to 8-20c.

3. OBJ does a CR to quickly raise money at new high sp to get a PNO-related patch onto the market ASAP (having obtained the security of a big partner deal).

4. OBJ receives first payment from big partner deal.

5. OBJ adds some of that first payment to a PNO-related patch marketing or to development of further related products.

Is that right? If not, can you list your expected order of events? If you are saying there will never be a CR, then why didn't Glyn say so? Instead, he said all options are being considered and now they are seeking a possible 25%.

Also, are you saying OBJ will get a big ann in the next 26 days? You've made a few predictions like that before - is this one based on stronger evidence? Is it about a patent being granted?

BTW, I don't like the possibility of OBJ diluting with a CR and/or wasting the partner payments on a PNO-related patch. It would be painful if OBJ gets a deal then fritters it away on PNO because of Jeff's interest in unusual things, which can be very hit and miss: OBJ = hit, Tripeptofen = miss (IMO, happy to be wrong).

I would be glad if everything turned out rosy, and I hope it does for all holders. It's just that I've seen other companies that were doing things right then go off into tangents and spoil it.
