The only concern we should have is about the different importance the deal has to each party. For Noble it's small change. They don't need us. ANd most importantly their is no urgency as the delays show.
For KAB, this deal is everything. And timing is important. We are living off borrowed funds. That can't continue forever. We need an answer. Noble don't.
