Great article Murf.
It would appear that not only is the Appeal getting to Court questionable..BUT in fact the Court has overstepped its mark.
By putting a "Stay" order on an approved TOL ,the Minister,s decision has actually been over ruled.
This is a slap in the face against MOSTI.
