so they say the median price dropped
did every single house drop in price, every single 2,3,4,5,6 bedder drop by 1%,
whether it was worth 250k's, or 1,000 k's.....

or maybe the truth lies outside your understanding
of what the median stands for

if more houses sell in the 400k's range
and less 500k houses,
than the median will show a drop
it is simply the middle figure

but what if some sold for 400k,
that previously sold for 350 or 380...?
those houses showed a gain

and now some are getting excited thinking some people may have lost 3000 bucks

give me a break
stop clutching at straws....
