it seems to have escaped your attention that it is at

"an 18 year low"

i would say the real story here is there is a very good chance that everything else that is being said about the property market right now is all spin, propaganda or just plain advertising & bell ringing

how is possible to be at an 18 year low? hasnt our population increased by about 50% in that time?

maybe 5 -10 year, but 18?
