The sell off is not isolated to MSB. Seems many stem cell types have been sold off in the last 2 weeks. In the below chart comparing a group of stem cell companies (XHJ in black, ATHX, CYTX, CMXI, PSTI, PRR, NBS, OSIR) you can see there has been a little sell off. Only OSIR has posted meaningful gains in the last two trading sessions.
Could Teva's formal confirmation of the PIII trial be a barometer for all stem cell companies? Are investors now waiting to see Teva throw their weight behind MSB? I dont know the answer but certainly there is (and has been in the past) some correlation here.
