Oleg Soskovets: Kyrgyzstan should declare guarantees and protection for foreign business 01/11-2012 10:09, Bishkek – 24.kg news agency , by Julia KOSTENKO “Kyrgyzstan should declare guarantees and protection for foreign business,” President of Russia Commodity Producers Association Oleg Soskovets told at meeting with the First Vice Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan, Zhoomart Otorbayev today.
According to him, Russian businessmen are ready to develop the business area through investments. “The whole geology was developed by the Soviet scientists. We must approach these projects jointly. But Kyrgyzstan should declare protection of business. In our part, we guarantee honest work and support of your entrepreneurs,” Oleg Soskovets explained.
Zhoomart Otorbayev noted that Kyrgyz government and Ministry of Economy assist in solving disputable issues as part of large-scale investment projects. “We support and patronize the projects to prevent interferences. New investments will come when the current investor will positively speak of the country, so we are protecting him,” the First Vice Prime Minister assured.
