There is one financial risk that GoConnect is going to have to manage mighty soon - if it can. It is La Jolla Cove's claims against GoConnect in a Californian court.
GoConnect won the first round, but that was not a round that was central to the case.
on 7th January 2013 there is to be a mandatory settlement conference.
On 14th February 2013 a final pretrial conference.
Defending this case must be costing GoConnect an unwelcome amount of cash. I can't see any provision has ever been made for this case in GoConnect's accounts.
