Ok Boys....El Capo has not made a return so I shall spill the beans.
El Capo has made small comments, when pieced together, spell out a Fibonacci Fan....That is why the 10 year chart is so well fitted to PEN.
Draw your high and low trendlines then the fib levels..........impressive huh?
