    What caused DLS to up their bid.

    Senex forced DLS to dig deeper into their pocket to secure
    ACN.

    Or was this a ploy by Senex who are loaded with cash to force
    DLS to pay more than what they can afford to making DLS venerable.

    Now DLS will be defenceless against Senex.

    Its only a matter of time.
