gxb, I spoke to Con Tangalakis, Marketing Director, AWP, and according to him, shareholders of AWP do not get a say in this merger. Sigma shareholders are the only ones that get a vote (and why would they disagree to it!). There has been no consideration given to AWP shareholders.
