    Share issue consolidation is ALWAYS negative for small shareholders, especially if greater than 1for 5. Post consolidation sp generally drops by greater percentage compared to pre con sp. Has happened to me many times now with similar small spec companies, with the sp dwindling down to close to the pre sp. But why the consolidation? They don't have that many shares on issue?
