QBE will not want to raise anymore capital. No way in the world. They are a good company who I'm sure have things like Sandy factored into their business.
Just be patient everyone. Buying time will be in a week or so. Thanks to Sandy QBE will drop. They have to much going on in the US. I'm currently at a loss but plan to buy back in at the bottom. This time has not come.
Next week or the week after.
