Shandong at the time of the release of the "notice of annual general meeting" report held 24M shares as noted on p6 of BDO's Independent Expert Analysis incorporated in the large report we all just received. 24M (0.55%) + placement of 4,501,997,651 (50.45%) = 51%
I think Caver's outstanding creditors are the $61.5M "trade and other payables" listed on the p11 of the same report.
The question I'd like asked at the AGM is about our possible exclusion from the ASX200/300 indexs due to % of free float shares being reduced to 49%.
One thing I did think was good about the Shandong deal was it would comfortably put us inside the ASX200. But upon reading about the possible index exclusion I realised that the exposure that would bring would die quicker than an FML'ers bank balance!
Does anyone else have a view on that?
