I have just had another look at the debt consolidation and noticed this:

The Company will reduce the debt owing to SMM by the amount of $2,000,000 from the
proceeds of an equity issue to be conducted by Magontec Limited (the details of which are
yet to be determined by the Board).


So we can expect a raising and possible dilution. To be paid to SMM.

I am thinking of buying more but I wondering about the market for Mag Alloys. Growing? Profitable?

I got into this company because of the CSIRO Mag Alloy Intellectual property.
