I didn't say that Surprise is not a success. To the contrary as a matter of facts. I am a believer that it proved that we have oils and that it is coming up of its own accord without the needs/assistance of pumps, and I always emphasized as much. The only concern I had about Surprise was only caused by the enforced silence from our Management.

What I am a little surprise though, is what has been circulated around here about a possible JV with someone else about drilling and developing the Surprise field when, from memory, RC stated that Surprise was going to be 100% ours as it is our Jewel in the Crown.

Like you've said Anonymous, RC would have to arrange a line of credit to develop Surprise if we are to proceed with it ourselves, but I don't think that it would be as simple as going to a Bank and get the money. IMO, RC will have to get a proper evaluation of the 3D Seismic before he can try to achieve that. Yet again, and according to the quarterly, we will not get a result on the 3D Seismic for a little while yet.
