RESIGNATION - ROWAN MACRAE
5 November 2012 - Rowan Macrae, the current Head of Corporate Office, is
leaving NZX to pursue other opportunities and has resigned effective 31
October 2012. Throughout her eight years' service, Rowan has contributed
significantly towards the growth of NZX, including with corporate
communications, human resources, policy and investor relations.
NZX wishes Rowan all the best for her future endeavours and thanks her for
her contribution to building NZX.
