I am a shareholder in the US and own both LYSCF and LYSDY. I can vote my shares but there is a difference in the process between the two.
LYSDY I received an email directly from Lynas with the AGM materials attached, I asked my broker and they say I can vote those shares of LYSDY using the materials provided by Lynas.
LYSCF - my broker says all the LYSCF shares are listed under their name with the relevant foreign insitution but they will vote my shares as directed by me. I just have to instruct them. Last year I had been under the impression that LYSCF shares could not be voted at the AGM, but I did not ask my broker at the time.
So votes from US shareholders will count ...
