yes - I suspect a lot of the 1.2 mil at 11.5 will not get filled at 11.5. There is only a bit over half a mil at 12.0 so they may not even be able to get in at 12. Certainly, if there are any positive announcements (but that will probably be a few weeks away) the 11 to 12 range will be blown away.
