Hi F&B, if you look at the Proxy form that has been sent out - each item from Resolution 1 to 5 has to be voted on separately. You have the 3 options -FOR/Against/Abstain. You can nominate yourself ( if you are the shareholder) or the Chairman. I am going to the AGM and have put my proxy in for yes on all of them. Maybe see you there. Cheers, M
