On one side he is telling the market about his big juicy margins, and of course this is not what his potential clientele want to here when negotiating their pricing deals.
High stakes with lots to lose. The person with the most to lose is AS himself. All he needs is one signature for the others to hopefully follow suit fearing they may miss out.
It's the only credible explanation that would explain why he has over promised and under delivered on the supply agreement time frame.
