our chairman came from a baking background... anyone can learn anything but some are more credentialed than others... I wouldn't imagine it would be too hard to find replacements, as an iterim we could use ex CRE people.
I would imagine there would be a list of mining professionals who would love to sink their teeth into FML and see what they can make of it.
