I admit to being part of your supposed consensus that the P1 prospectus 'might' get submitted this week.

After all, the horse Unusual Suspect 'might' win the Melbourne cup at odds of 151.

But I am not part of any consensus that the prospectus 'will' get submitted this week.

It's the 'will' that matters, not the 'might'.
