good news - nabi trades ex-dividend this week, page-7

This is what I think will happen based on Nabi announcements to date:

(1) By the 6 Nov, merger scheme arrangement record date. Biota Limited will send out notification letter to BTA holders advising their consolidated shares in the new Biota Inc.

(2) By the 8 Nov Nabi NASDAQ trading will be suspended for consolidation 6 to 1 of Nabi shares. BTA will be converted to the new Biota Inc shares by a factor of 0.1249. Nabi will change the name to Biota Inc

(3) By 9 Nov, Biota Inc with a NASDAQ sticker (BTAL ?) will be traded on the NASDAQ, hopefully at $10 + USD...
