    The dramatically improved buy/sell ratio this morning certainly suggests others are thinking it is this week for P1 prospectus.

    We'll see - to use a platitude.

    BTW I like idea of "the sighing of the 42 shopping centers". It goes with the groanings of those waiting for the P1 prospectus.
