    I'm leaning towards a JV with a cash component on Surprise, with CTP being the operator.

    Coal...CP can have some,AT A REASONABLE PRICE! Not all of it though.

    3D is telling a major story for RC and crew, about Surprise and we won't be letting the big % go on it! I'm sure the deal will keep over 60% for CTP/us,when it materialises.
