There won't be any results, if they want full ownership they will supress the sp and there aint jack we can do about it. They have control.

Read highopes post above, they have said they are on the aquisition trail, the chinese are big picture players, they are very very patient. They don't care for short term price appreciation they want long term resources for the motherland. That is fact.

As far as TI being watched by biggies, so what? they won't buy into a company that is 51% controlled by any other major, be it chinese or otherwise. They understand what control means.

Forget other majors, if the chinese aren't selling down their 51% which I highly doubt, then no major will ever buy into FML.

And as far as price goes, it aint up to us, is it up to us now? when they don't even hold 5% ? no it isn't, hell we can't even get the prefferred value as determined by the independant expert, how can we extract a premium out iof a company that effectively controls our board, controls our cash costs, controls our destiny? or should I replace 'controls' with 'manipulates'... after all from here on in they are one and the same mate.
