Ann: CBD Shareholder update , page-13

From my understanding reading the paragraph below (taken from Letter to Shareholders - detailed shareholder update, dated 2nd November 2012) that CBD is going to list on sec and nasdaq and probably out of the asx.

CBD expects to have all its filings finalised in December and to be listed (subject to gaining approvals from its shareholders, the SEC and NASDAQ) in early 2013.
At an appropriate time we will advise shareholders on how to manage their investment once listed on the NASDAQ exchange.
