If any new contract exist, we still have the $3 mil standby loan from QVT & some customers are willing to come up with a portion upfront payment. The general Investors were/are not interested in our company because if you look at the record for the past 3 yrs, it was horrible. Otherwise, our SP won't be in such a sorry state. The current BOD is good at raising capital, diluting our shares and spending. Most if not all the long suffering shareholders have lost complete confident in this board.
