Very interesting that will all the buyers and sellers there has been no change in substantial holders.

THE RULE

A substantial holder must give the notice to the listed entity and market operator within two business days after becoming aware of the information.

But despite 25M shares changing hands last week there was no change for substantial holders this week ????!!!!! Friday was 2 business days ago now and many shares traded befor Friday.

Was this flurry last week just mums and dads, day traders and minor holders hitting the panic button?

RHL position is unchanged it would seem. They either want the other businesses and want the debt in a merger on their terms because they think it is cheaper than buying the rural business on the open market or maybe they just want the voting rights for the sale approval? Expensive $10M expense on their part to just have 10% of the voting rights through ordinary shares.
