Those legal advisors have been generating business for themselves. They can set up cases for their cleints easily trying to sue each other. Sometimes, those cases does not or should not be raised at all. In the end, no matter winning or losing the lawsuits, those legal advisors get their fat fees.
Now look at the case of BNB. The liquidators told that he had received many claims in which more evidences were required. However, those putting in the claims could not provide the required evidences in time and now have been given more than two months extension of the time for them to provide the evidences for their claims. Still now news from the liquidators means they have not finalized those claims yet. But, at the same time, those legal representatives are receiving their fat fees from this extended process.
My opinions only.
